Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance call quality
Design and implement programs to build positive relationships
between the health plan and providers
Support the development and management of provider networks and
identify gaps in network services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
6+ months of provider relations support experience
Must reside in the state of TX
