Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Review Specialist to ensure
accurate and timely case documentation and facilitate case
discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Process cases and maintain clinical documentation for timely
determinations
Intake pre-authorization requests and ensure responses are
processed within established metrics
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate case
discussions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred
Minimum of 2-4 years' administrative experience and/or customer
service required
Knowledge in pre-authorizations and health insurance client
services preferred
Experience implementing systems for program effectiveness and
productivity
Proficient in MS Office Suite
