Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Vocational Coach
STD/LTD.
Key Responsibilities
Document professional interactions and customer progress
effectively
Engage with employers and health care providers to facilitate
understanding of disability accommodations
Manage a caseload by prioritizing tasks to support customers in
achieving work goals
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's Degree with a focus in Rehabilitation Counseling
Active Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or obtain
by the first day of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and ability to
learn proprietary systems
Experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling or disability
claims environment preferred
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to generate innovative
solutions
