Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Design to oversee a team of
graphic designers and deliver high-quality design work.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality digital and print designs based on current
trends
Manage project timelines, resources, and client expectations
Provide coaching and training to design staff while conducting
performance assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design or visual communication or equivalent
experience
5+ years of design experience in an agency environment
1-3 years of experience managing design teams
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design
software
Experience with animation and motion graphics
