A company is looking for an Account Manager, Digital
Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute operational plans to enhance client experience
and meet contract requirements
Drive implementation of programs and maintain collaboration with
internal and external teams for optimal execution
Develop client business knowledge and create recommendations to
align promotional programs with client goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in
Retail or CPG
Knowledge of digital promotions preferred
Ability to professionally handle client issues and maintain
positive business relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products
