Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Service Manager to support
service delivery management and act as an interface between the
Account Service Team and the Service Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage critical operating tasks throughout the contract lifecycle
in compliance with policies and standards
Ensure effective communication of volume forecasts and account
dashboards between account and delivery teams
Oversee service acceptance processes and drive completion of
significant changes and implementations
Required Qualifications
Business or IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience
10 years of experience with a focus on the Public Sector and
Defense market
Proven leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
Experience managing client relationships and contract P&Ls
Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL,
MOF, and COBIT
