Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program and Incident Manager to
oversee incident response and lead cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional
programs, ensuring alignment with business goals
Act as the primary point of contact for managing high-priority
incidents and coordinate resolution efforts
Establish and refine incident management processes and implement
best-in-class tools for efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in incident management and/or
program management in a big-data SaaS environment
Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and incident management
best practices
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and incident tracking
tools
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner
are preferred
