A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Technical Support Team, ensuring adherence to
procedures and department goals
Manage the resolution of complex technical issues and enhance
support processes to improve customer satisfaction
Develop strategies for team performance and report on key metrics
related to customer support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field
Proven experience as a lead technical support engineer in a
product-based organization
At least 7 years of experience in Technical Support for a software
product
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Support Team
Lead/Manager role
Preferred Master's degree in a related field and 3 years in the
SaaS industry
