Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to customers using the

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer

Conduct training and demonstrations for customers to maximize
product utilization
Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of software testing and development

Familiarity with web technologies and cloud-based services
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
