Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Billing Representative to
manage claims submitted to Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
Work on claims that are pending, denied, or incorrectly paid by
Medicaid carriers
Review and address issues causing claims to be on hold
Provide necessary information to Medicaid for claim processing and
handle correspondence
Required Qualifications
Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word,
and Excel
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Experience in a performance-metric environment is beneficial
Ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines
Experience in handling correspondence and refunds as needed
