Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Advocate to
manage, negotiate, and resolve disputes regarding medical claims
and services.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate claims and negotiate agreements with providers to settle
medical claims
Track and document communications related to claims and settlement
negotiations
Assist members in resolving access to care issues and educate
providers on pricing metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or
customer service
Experience with negotiations preferred
Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical
coding is desired
Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments
is a plus
