Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes sales strategies and national business plans
to meet revenue objectives
Leads and manages the sales force, ensuring optimal training and
tools for achieving targets
Analyzes market trends and collaborates with internal stakeholders
to align sales objectives with company goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 15+ years, Master's degree with 12+ years,
or PhD with 8+ years of experience
Proven strategic management experience and effective sales
leadership in Oncology
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute strategic plans
successfully
High science aptitude with knowledge of Oncology markets and
competitive products
