Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Agent responsible for making
outbound calls and building relationships with medical providers to
obtain medical charts.
Key Responsibilities
Research providers and locations online
Schedule Field Technicians for chart review scanning and maintain
accurate records
Contact medical providers to encourage sending in charts and follow
up on initial contacts
Required Qualifications
1 year of call center or outbound sales experience
Understanding of medical terminology
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows
applications
Flexibility with working hours, including potential after-hours
work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
