manage the US Customer Solutions team and will be responsible for
the development of customers within the region, whilst improving
the commercial awareness. This person will be accountable for
achieving defined growth targets, both of themselves and the team,
whilst ensuring that customer service and relationships are
maintained to a first-class / Best in Class standard. This person
will collaborate with the Operational and Financial regional
managers to ensure the vision and goals of the region are met year
on year.Reporting to: Sales DirectorLocation: Miami, with regular
travel in regionKey Role Accountabilities:
- Profitable and sustainable growth through identifying and
converting new business sales opportunities within the region -
must be a deal closer.
- Successful embedding of new business through engaging the
relevant stakeholders, internally and externally, throughout the
implementation / on-boarding stages.
- RFP / RFQ development and management, including assessing
requests to ensure the opportunity and risk represents a realistic
chance to win new / additional business within existing or new
aerospace customers.
- Develop and grow the Customer Solutions team through coaching,
mentoring and motivation thereby ensuring high performance to
increase conversion rates and profitability.
- Identify new sales channels and customers within the aerospace
vertical and actively contribute to the development of B&H
customer solution offering.
- Be accountable to the B&H Executive Team and Board on all
new sales and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Network team to develop a strong network
of contacts in overseas offices to ensure we are maintaining our
position as the market leader.
- Identify and evaluate industry trends, competitor activity and
market forces, reporting and recommending appropriate action for
B&H Worldwide.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive brand awareness in
territory and team awareness.
- Contribute to regional marketing and communications via social
media, maximising the company's position within the industry.Your
Experience
- Extensive and proven solution sales experience in a
customer-facing, targeted environment, gained within the aerospace
logistics industry, with evidence of leading high performing teams,
developing and converting business and commercial
opportunities.
- Have the ability to close sales deals.
- Customer focussed with excellent attention to detail,
commercially minded with ability to design and implement customer
solutions in aerospace logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex
data to generate business solutions which satisfy both customer and
company objectives.
- Excellent people-management experience, track record of getting
excellent results through the development of the Customer Solutions
team.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an
