Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Contact Center Agent
I.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for students via phone, chat, and
email regarding financial aid inquiries
Perform proactive outreach to provide students with updates on
their financial aid status
Complete SharePoints, follow up with students, and assist with
special projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish or ASL is preferred
Knowledge of federal/state aid programs is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint,
Apex, and Banner software
Must not be in default on any federal student or parent loans
