Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound phone contacts, addressing
compliance and policy-related questions
Conduct thorough investigations of member accounts to ensure
adherence to established policies
Maintain performance metrics including customer satisfaction and
resolution rates
Required Qualifications
3+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
Digital proficiency in navigating web-based and e-commerce
applications
Ability to work a PM schedule, including weekends
Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Commitment to regulatory compliance and adherence to internal
policies
