Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Production Designer to be a
pivotal part of their creative team, responsible for delivering
high-quality design across various production design work
streams.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually compelling designs for diverse assets, including
marketing materials and social media content
Perform quality control checks to ensure brand consistency and
high-quality standards across all design outputs
Utilize AI-powered design tools to optimize workflows and
streamline repetitive design tasks
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in production design across multiple
channels (print, digital, social media, CRM)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other
industry-standard design software
Experience designing for social platforms with an understanding of
their unique content requirements
Familiarity with AI design tools and ability to integrate them into
workflows
Experience mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on
design techniques
