Conduct analysis of industry compensation trends to inform total
rewards effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-10 years in Total
Rewards, focusing on Global Compensation & Benefits
Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and
regulations
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate
favorable terms
