Job Description:
A company is looking for a full-time Data Analyst for a federal
client.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain tools for Organization Development using
behavioral science
Conduct qualitative data collection and develop research project
plans
Analyze data and prepare reports, including integrated dashboards
with key performance indicators
Required Qualifications and Education
7-10 years of experience in a consulting-type organization focused
on enterprise transformation
Strong foundation in organization development and experience in
leading clients through change
Background in research related to employee perceptions and
organizational behaviors
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
