Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Researcher - Monitoring &
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Project Director or Task Lead for program monitoring and
audit projects
Lead the design and implementation of rigorous multi-modal
monitoring methods for health policy programs
Manage project teams and budgets while providing intellectual
leadership for research proposals and monitoring activities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in health administration, MPP, MBA, or MPA with a
health-related focus and 7+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD
with 3+ years of relevant experience
Methodological expertise in monitoring and compliance activities,
including audits
Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and
qualitative data
Proven track record in managing research and evaluation
projects
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and partners
