Job Description:
A company is looking for a Servicing Customer Communications Jr
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance checks on customer-facing documents for
accuracy and compliance
Reconcile data for letter generation and manage mail merges for
distribution
Conduct loan-level research to resolve discrepancies in letter
content and collaborate on process improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months to one year of related experience in the mortgage
servicing industry
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, at an intermediate
level
Experience with data management and mail merge tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
