Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Review Processor to join
their Utilization team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage queue work and assigned tasks through efficient dashboard
management
Process tickets within determined SLAs and regulatory turnaround
times
Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and leads to identify
trends and roadblocks
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer support/service experience
Advanced computer literacy skills with experience using CRM and
knowledge management tools
Experience using ticket management and reporting tools
Experience managing an assignment caseload
Healthcare and/or SAAS experience is a plus
