Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Design to shape the design
culture and strategy for world-class products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring high quality across
all touchpoints
Create and maintain design systems and workflows for rapid
execution and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric
solutions that drive business impact
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in leading product design efforts at fast-paced
startups
Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma and Notion
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and fast execution
Strong ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with
cross-functional goals
Experience working closely with diverse teams including Sales,
Marketing, Product, and Engineering
