Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Support Specialist (Live
Chat).
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, expert support to creators and their subscribers
via email and live chat
Collaborate with the Support team and other colleagues to
effectively solve user concerns
Demonstrate urgency in escalating user issues and feedback to
relevant teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or
Product teams
Experience with live support channels
Ability to provide solutions for various technical support
challenges
Alignment with the mission to build a new economic engine for
culture
Experience with Zendesk, Stripe, coding languages (JavaScript,
HTML), and third-party APIs is a plus
