Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to investigate and resolve claims.

Key Responsibilities

Confirm coverage and determine compensability on all claims
Investigate new cases promptly and maintain accurate diary entries
Negotiate and settle claims while identifying subrogation opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Workers' Compensation claims
In-depth understanding of Illinois Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
Solid knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex information
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and related software tools
