Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner, GTM to join
their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, including job scoping,
sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers
Build strong relationships with GTM leadership to understand hiring
needs and drive proactive talent strategies
Partner with Talent & Marketing teams to promote a compelling
employer brand that reflects the company's values and mission
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focusing on GTM roles
in a high-growth tech environment
Experience recruiting in the digital health, health tech, or SaaS
industry is highly preferred
Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and
hiring managers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with
multiple priorities
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting
software
