Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Attorney to support product
development and compliance throughout the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide integrated legal review of new products and features for
compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
Embed with product development teams to support engineering
development across the entire product life cycle
Act as the primary legal contact for Open Source and
cybersecurity-related activities
Required Qualifications
JD degree or equivalent with admission to the State Bar
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a product attorney in
a large organization
Experience working within R&D teams and providing risk
management guidance
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to
product development
Proven expertise in advising on open source legal issues
