Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Privacy to manage
compliance with privacy laws and regulations globally.
Key Responsibilities
Support the global privacy program and compliance with privacy
laws
Assist in implementing and updating privacy policies and
procedures
Support privacy audits, assessments, and vendor compliance
vetting
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
Admission to a U.S. State Bar
Minimum of 7 years of experience in privacy and data protection
law
Deep understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, and relevant privacy laws
Experience in a legal setting, preferably in life sciences or
healthcare
