Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Immigration Legal Assistant to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize in-depth legal knowledge to make reasoned decisions in immigration matters
Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude
Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of immigration law experience
Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures
Excellent case management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
