Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel - Clinical
Research.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on clinical research contracting and
regulatory compliance
Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for research
collaborations and clinical trials
Participate in legal analysis of compliance issues and represent
the Office of Legal Services in meetings
Required Qualifications
Doctorate of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from an accredited law
school
5+ years of experience in specialized areas of law, including
clinical research and health care compliance
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction
License to practice law in the State of Tennessee required within
nine months of hire
Experience with multinational clinical research matters
preferred
