Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pro Product Technical Specialist to
onboard and train clients on telecom-related products.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in all Pro Products and guide clients through
telecom setup and training
Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to resolve
onboarding issues
Manage project timelines and collaborate with cross-department
teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Required Qualifications
Experience in Support, Implementation, or Account Management in an
enterprise software or SaaS environment
Knowledge of telecom technology, including VoIP and SIP
configuration
Exceptional presentation skills for onboarding and training
sessions
Strong self-motivation and organizational skills to manage multiple
tasks
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate
across teams
