Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Technical Print
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage systems data for clients and ensure security compliance
Oversee a queue of assignments and prioritize tickets for effective
solutions
Collaborate with technicians and stakeholders to identify
modernization options and new business opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server
2016/2019 implementation and management
Technical knowledge supporting system print software such as LRS,
ColumbusZ, and others
Experience in public/private cloud management and migration from
on-premises to cloud solutions
Bachelor's degree preferred
Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as code), is
a plus
