Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Assistant to provide
high-level customer service in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client account
information
Assist agents with surplus lines filings and compliance reports
Update system databases and handle routine inquiries
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
Proficiency in Adobe and MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience developing working relationships with customers and
colleagues
