• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• NIH Stroke Certification
  • Job Details
  • Stroke and Trauma ICU. Nights; EOW; Holidays (as needed)
  • Minimum 3 years recent critical care experience with acute/chronically ill pts that require ventilator support. Trauma and Neuro experience required.
    • Job Requirements
    • Active FL/Compact license
    • ACLS & BLS via AHA
    • NIH required (must have in hand at time of submittal)
    • Degree must be from an accredited school OR have a degree from an institution that is approved by FBON in addition to having 2 yrs recent acute care experience - experience must be consecutive within the past 24 months in a US hospital, per facility requirements.
    • Must have Epic experience.

          • Required for Vaya.Aya Placements: I9 Required
          • Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
          • Broward must review and approve the use of name affidavits on a case by case basis. Send requests to the Lead CL for approval prior to sending the traveler to obtain the affidavit.
