Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant to support
patient-centered healthcare through clinical and administrative
tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist providers with medication requests, lab results, and
non-clinical triaging
Coordinate specialty referral requests and facilitate patient
access to care
Monitor EHR inboxes and support providers with patient
communication
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a medical assistant
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
Medical Assistant Certification is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures
Detail-oriented and highly organized
