Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Coding Manager to oversee
Risk Adjustment and reporting duties.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and perform accurate medical record reviews for Risk
Adjustment
Support process and quality improvement initiatives and conduct
related training
Manage Risk coding projects, including project status and chart
reviews
Required Qualifications and Education
Professional coding certificate through AHIMA/AAPC
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on medical records experience
5 years of Risk Adjustment experience
Background in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, and/or Quality
Improvement preferred
Strong computer skills and high-speed internet access at home
