Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Founder Success to lead
the Founder Success team and enhance customer experience for
long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee team targets, performance, and funding portfolio
management
Manage and develop direct reports, including hiring and training
Account Managers
Define and execute the Founder Success strategy while optimizing
systems and processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management and leading teams
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role
Proven track record of exceeding goals in customer success
Experience collaborating with Product and Marketing teams
Ability to leverage data for decision-making and process
improvements
