Job Description:
A company is looking for a People & Mobility Manager, primarily
responsible for managing relocation processes and enhancing team
engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a structured relocation program, providing
tailored support to team members
Investigate optimal relocation locations considering various
factors and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Assist with people management projects, including career
progression frameworks and employee well-being initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Experience in HR or related employee-focused roles with exposure to
relocation processes
Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) and Russian
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Capability to work independently and as part of a team while
meeting deadlines
