team.
Key Responsibilities
Define customer success objectives, strategy, and tactics in
collaboration with senior leadership
Develop and manage processes to optimize customer delivery,
retention, and expansion
Implement best practices and strategies for customer adoption and
outcomes
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success or operations management
Strong understanding of customer success metrics and processes
Ability to interact with senior leaders and technical teams
Proven skills in developing and executing strategic initiatives
Background in SaaS or technology-driven environments preferred
