Job Description:
A company is looking for an Injury Manager to oversee a team
handling liability and bodily injury claims across various
jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a geographically dispersed team managing liability and bodily
injury claims
Establish and ensure adherence to processes for technical claim
handling and customer satisfaction
Provide analysis and reporting to improve claim outcomes and
develop team capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of experience in resolving liability and injury
investigations
Strong technical understanding of liability and casualty
principles
Experience managing complex injury claims through closure
Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in multiple
states within three months
