A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager, R&D Strategy and Operations.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate key meetings and events for the R&D Strategy and Operations team
Develop communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
Manage collaboration platforms to enhance information sharing across the organization


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of related experience, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans in a complex organization
Demonstrated capability as a strong integrator and business operator
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of delivering measurable results
High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
