Job Description:
A company is looking for a Territory Manager, Specialty Care
Business Development (CL/Human Services).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and underwrite new and renewal commercial lines business
through direct agency contact
Analyze market conditions and risks to drive profitability and
achieve production objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance agency
relationships and increase market presence
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience in the
Human Services industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Relevant professional designation such as CPCU or CIC is
preferred
7 years of progressively responsible underwriting and sales
experience in commercial lines preferred
Thorough knowledge of commercial underwriting, pricing, and
coverage for Middle Market business
