Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Rewards + Ratings
in the Dx Retention Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement CRM strategies to enhance Dasher
engagement with the Rewards and Ratings program
Create personalized communication strategies based on Dasher tiers
and market conditions
Manage cross-functional relationships to lead go-to-market
communications for new programs and analyze campaign
performance
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in marketing or growth, with 3+ years in
lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing
campaigns
Proven track record of driving business results through
cross-channel marketing
Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Sigma or
Tableau
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
