Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of IT Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain security compliance policies, standards, and
procedures
Oversee regular security assessments to ensure compliance with laws
and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to implement security policies,
standards, and controls
Required Qualifications
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
At least ten (10) years of experience in security compliance, IT
Audit, or related experience
In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations and
standards
Experience managing security compliance projects from initiation to
completion
Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks
(e.g., ISO 27001:2022, SOC2)
