A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Product
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Product Enablement team to deliver impactful
customer-centric product enablement
Build measurable KPIs and feedback loops to refine enablement
efforts using customer insights
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure
consistent, customer-focused messaging
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in a people management role
7+ years of experience in GTM enablement or similar roles
Experience managing Learning Experience Design (LXD) teams
Proven success in simplifying complex solutions and developing
customer-centric messaging
Strong storytelling skills with experience in value-based selling
methodologies
