As the Director of Product Design, you will ensure a seamless
experience across our ecosystem by designing and delivering
world-class, innovative products. Using your strong analytical
skills and extensive design expertise, you'll lead the strategy,
design, and implementation of complex solutions. Collaborating
closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will navigate the
requirements and discovery process, balancing business goals with
user needs to create designs that are both functional and visually

- You have 5+ years of experience designing and delivering
customer-centric products. Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design
(or a related field).
- A design portfolio that highlights strong problem-solving,
interaction, and visual design skills.
- Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research.
- Skilled in running design review cycles and achieving
stakeholder alignment.
- Proven ability to take projects from concept to production,
with experience designing across mobile and web platforms.
- Experience designing for B2B enterprise technology
platforms.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead design efforts to improve user experiences, drive revenue
opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency. Own the entire
design process, including brainstorming, user experience strategy,
project management, and business alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to
meet company goals.
- Define and own UX strategies across products and modules,
ensuring alignment with larger company objectives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to guide the
user experience from conception through launch.
- Act as a player-coach, stepping in to support design efforts
when needed based on company priorities.
- Manage and mentor a Product Designer, prioritizing their work
and professional growth.
- Enhance existing workflows and formalize a user research and
testing strategy.
- Lead the evolution and scaling of haku's design system to meet
team and product needs.
- Foster a collaborative feedback culture, ensuring the design
team receives constructive input from product, engineering, and
