Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Management Specialist I to
execute various data management set-up functions for new business
and renewal groups.
Key Responsibilities
Complete group onboarding setups and renewal updates within
designated timeframes
Review documentation for completeness and perform necessary data
entry in Microsoft Access and Joget
Generate daily status reports and track Data Management Team
turnaround times
Required Qualifications
Some college education preferred
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications,
including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to audit data management setups and correct
discrepancies
Experience in generating and submitting vendor reports
Familiarity with CRM systems for updating group and agent
information
