A company is looking for a Personalization Manager to drive
personalization efforts for their digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners to deliver optimized solutions
for personalization
Lead the implementation of automated methods to enhance customer
experience across digital touchpoints
Build and optimize customer segments using data insights for
personalized marketing efforts
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of digital experience and project management within a
matrixed organization
3+ years of experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target,
Optimizely)
3+ years of experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe
Analytics, Google Analytics)
3+ years of experience in workflow management tools (e.g., JIRA,
Adobe Workfront)
