Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Value-Based Care
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead strategies for value-based care initiatives to
improve patient outcomes and financial performance
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to drive
market-level membership growth and manage value-based contracts
Lead and mentor a high-performing value-based care team while
fostering a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a
relevant field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 10 years of management experience in the healthcare
industry
Proven track record of implementing and managing Population
Management and Value-Based Care programs
Experience handling a P&L or accountability for large-scale
projects or initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
