Job Description:
A company is looking for an Actuarial Manager (Payer Analytics)
to leverage healthcare and actuarial expertise in value-based
care.
Key Responsibilities
Craft sophisticated deal models to support contract negotiations
with health plans
Utilize data analytics to drive financial and operational
performance improvements
Build robust analytical infrastructure, including reports and
dashboards to monitor payor financial performance
Required Qualifications
ASA and FSA credentials or near attainment of FSA credentials
5+ years of experience in actuarial roles
2+ years of experience in value-based care or adjacent roles
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of
SQL
Proficiency in building actuarial models from scratch
